I found the New Malden Branch a great place to reach and friendly staff all around. I have now rented two units here, one for a friend and for my constant office use. Been here before and came back to it.

I booked the storage two times before and I have cancelled them because of my planning changed. However, Louise of New Malden is very helpful each time. Before the lockdown, he also rang me to remind me. When I booked the storage this time, Jessica is also the best. She responded very quickly and helped me to sort out everything via emails. Much appreciated of their help.
