Absolutely outstanding service, a really stressful house move was made a very easy and seamless experience due to the staff at big yellow new malden, we visited the store on two different occasions to view various rooms and sizes and all the staff we interacted with (Ant, Lee and Ollie) were really knowledgeable, patient and helpful, we really appreciated the time they took to ensure we were happy and had all our questions answered (even the questions we didnt even know we had) Would definitely recommend the store and will definitely be using the new malden store again.
