All the staff have been super friendly and helpful. I was very stressed out while moving and they helped ease the stress. Charli was particularly helpful and she really made me feel welcome. The whole process at big yellow was easy and completely stress free. Keith at the reception was incredible. He was polite and very helpful with great knowledge on different storage options and prices. The service he provided gave me great confidence in big yellow.
