Ollie, the manager on duty could not have done more to smooth the process. He knew I was in a rush and made me feel like I was a priority.

The customer service was excelent. I felt completely amazed by the experience. I checked safestore first, but all the way big yellow New Malden served made me change my mind. Called many times with doubts and avery time was served with a smile. Well done guys. I think one time I dealt with Manager, and the other was a guy called Lee.

It's very pricey, but your administrator who received us (Anton) was such a great help, kind, helpful and professional that it made it up for your hidden costs and excessive pricing. Plus the access to out box is not too great either. So Anton gets a 10/10 and your storage receives a 4/10. That's an overall 7.
