I was extremely impressed with the young lady who dealt with me. her customer attitude was exemplary, a rare thing in this day and age. She not only exhibited marketing skills but also a desire to ensure that the customer was fully informed and supported, All this done in a very personable but professional manner.

The staff, namely Kaine who dealt with me when I arrived, was very approachable, friendly and helpful. I was given the option of looking at a few storage sizes and downsizing to one that was more suitable for my minimal belongings. I really appreciated that. The process was also quick and easy. It was a positive experience for my first time using a storage centre.
