My experience was brilliant and effortless. Ollie and Kaine did enerything to make it as simple and safe as possible for me. Kaine helped me by answering all my questions in advance of my move in day, in order that the move in would be quick and painless on the day. She gave me a few tips and was very friendly at every step of the process. Ollie is exceptional. From my first visit to the Big Yellow Storage Box in New Malden to the completion of the contract and the move in, he was very good: he gave me advise, made it easy to change the size of the booked room once I recognised I needed a bigger size, and available at all times I needed. And everything with a lot of positivity and a smile on the face. This makes really the difference. I got a good deal and feel confident about my storage choice. Very happy. Hope it just keeps on this way! Always great to go somewhere where you feel looked after and find friendly people. Thanks
