Having never used a storage facility before I was extremely pleased to find the online website was easy to use to reserve a room at my nearest branch. When I arrived the manager Ollie was fantastic , explaining the way things worked , showing me around and going through the paperwork.
Ollie dealt with setting up my storage, he was polite , informative and polite and pleasant . Not only to myself , but to everybody who enter the office. A credit to your company.
The facility was lovely, airy and clean. The guy who signed me in was lovely and friendly and really helpful

Ollie, Ryan and Lee were all extremely helpful and pro-active in sorting through the details and making the process as simple and efficient as possible for the team of movers and myself - including the provision of temporary codes to let the movers begin the packing before I was able to reach the facility.
From initial telephone enquiry through to the day of storing my items the team were fantastic! Clear and accurate information, helpful and supportive and extremely approachable. Nothing felt like an inconvenience for the team. Great!!

Amanda was incredibly kind and took the time to show us different sized units so we could make the best choice. She took time again to help us set a first (faulty) padlock and the a second one when the first didn't work. All throughout we felt she genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and we did.
