Very nice storage facility; clean, bright, open, many trolleys, easy access, great location.

Amanda was incredibly kind and took the time to show us different sized units so we could make the best choice. She took time again to help us set a first (faulty) padlock and the a second one when the first didn't work. All throughout we felt she genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and we did. Thank you!

They answered everytime I called, answered all questions on advance. We're helpful on the day and helped change size when it was wrong. Amanda was frets both before and on the day.

There seemed to be a problem with your computer software which slowed the whole process down

So easy to use. Most things were done by email or online which meant you could make decisions and deal with things when you were ready rather than being bombarded with calls when busy at work.
