Of all the places I visited, New Malden Big Yellow was the friendliest. The staff - especially Natasha - were unfailingly helpful and cheerful at a stressful time for me.

A few times I came to the store to either put items in, (or obviously take them out!), to find that a group of individuals had taken most of the trolleys to heap their items on, in bulk. The result was that 2 people had 6 trolleys between them! That wasn't very helpful, so can I suggest you have a rule of one trolley per person.

We rent an office from you we live local and can get to work in 12 minutes. All the features taking in deliveries and post etc is really handy. Good service.
