Polite and efficient service. Immediately told about the deals which might be relevant to my hire (3 months for the price of 2). Had a relatively small space but you can still pack a lot in (a whole set of kitchen cupboards in this case).
Easy friendly staff, always happy to answer any question and helpful in sorting storage when up and down sizing. Facilities always clean, accessable and secure.
The staff at the New Malden branch were really friendly and helpful, and were happy to show us around a couple of different units before we made our decision. They provided us with all the information, but there was never any hard sell on any other products. Every time we visited the unit and had to speak to someone we received the same high level of service. I would definitely recommend this unit to someone else
Please can you clean the toilets and put in toilet roll! I have a problem with your lighting which switches off after 20 min. I have moved my storage partly to be closer to the one trigger switch as it was too dark and a H&S hazard to walk down the corridors to triggeer the lighting. I had to have a torch in ordere to do this. Please consider having more than one location for the trigger switch.
Extremely convinient location of store and good enviroment of reception. Plus friendly apmosphere of the staff. To be recommended.
