I had to find secure, clean storage at short notice. I went to Big Yellow and was delighted by the helpful and friendly manager and staff, who explained everything clearly, without pressure to purchase and who definitely took my specific needs into account. Having taken a small unit, I have found the facility very accessible, reassuringly safe and easy to use. Well done Big Yellow!
We have just recently taken possesion of a office, its a great place for our business as we are on the road most of the time and only need a occasional place to do paper work etc. There are wc's and a kitchen available and you get a parking space. The building is clean and tidy and secure Should have done a long time ago
There is ONE thing that you could provide and which would be most useful: recycling dumpster for boxes...

Since selling my house I've had the contents of my home in storage, in the equivalent space of a double garage, for 18 months so sofas, bedding, books etc. To beginwith I checked on them regularly, now I wonder why! The environment is safe, dry, no damp and , no rodents or moths. I feel secure that when I find my new home I can transfer my old posessions straight in without a problem.
Moving from our old house, to a new one in France we needed storage for an indefinite period of time. We were able to gradually empty the house (which was useful) and kept adding items to the store each week until we moved out. Our removal company found it easy to unload our stored items and bring them to us in France.
