Reachable by phone even on Sundays, professional and very friendly service on the phone, very, very friendly and helpful service by Michael at Nine Elms store

It was fairly cheap and pretty straightforward and definitely better than the alternative of testing friendships by storing two phone boxes of stuff in my friend's spare room.

Manager at check in was very helpful - finding trolleys to unload van, giving a guided tour and clearly explaining fees, rules and access.
