Michael was really friendly and helpful! He advised how to transport boxes to the storing place for low cost, and helped loading my boxes to my locker. Her arranged them so optimally that everything fit Perfectly!
Enquiry was handledvery well. Abdul helped me with any wuestions I had on the call, during my registration but also whilst I was there.
All good
Very well.
Great customer service, great advise
Really clear and simple. Very good communication from the team and also managed my expectations very well.
I decide to pick the big yellow self storage as from the first phone call the team was amazing and friendly. This made a big difference in pick you instead of your competitors. The process was well explain and very simple, by checking everything online
Brilliantly. The whole experience, from start to finish, was seamless!
I was not involved in the original inquiry (my brother made the arrangements) however the staff (Michael and Sarah) were familiar with all the relevant details so when I arrived they could (and did) make the process trouble free and they were both professional and accommodating.
The handling of my reservation was seamless. Michael was particularly polite, welcoming and helpful upon check in. Would highly recommend to my friends.
