Fantastic customer service. From the phone call following up to check-in to the great helpful guy, Kiet, on reception.

We needed a quick turnaround of the contract to be able to house items in a 3hr window. Chris at Nine Elms branch was amazing! He sorted everything out professionally, yet in a friendly manner and was able to overcome all the hurdles we put in front of him. He offered us items we hadn't even considered, but glad now that we took his advice. Highly recommend this gentleman and the service he provided thus far.

Very good service from the members of staff I met and/or spoke to on the phone (namely Chris and Kiet). That's the main reason. Also, the facility is very clean and convenient.
