The team at Nine Elms have been great, really friendly, helpful and efficient. The unit we have rented meets our needs perfectly. We viewed units at a number of self-storage companies before deciding on Big Yellow. We definitely made the right decision!

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Helped with answering all my questions and showed me how to use my password and guided me to my storage in addition to helping me with relocating all my stuff.

Easy to book and staff very helpful. The inventory is a little bit annoying when moving the full contents of a flat, but understand the importance of it
