Francesca di Maio was very welcoming, attentive and helpful. She explained everything in detail and answered all our questions and reassured us when we were stressed.

It was incredibly easy to do. I called the same day that I wanted to move in and the lady in the phone was incredibly helpful as well as the guy who helped me at Nine Elms (mike). They made the overall experience easy and enjoyable.

I went in the nine elms and I talked with one of the team member Francesca, which she answered at all my doubts and questions and she helped me until the end. I feel more confident now to leave my things over there thanks to her.

The whole process from web enquiry to move in at Big Yellow Storage Nine Elms is easy, convenient and efficient. Although it is a large company, the local staff such as Karen and Kiet make it friendly and personal with good local knowledge to help with everything. Karen in reception was so efficient and professional with the most friendly disposition that I knew I would get all the information and help I needed to make the move stress-free. For example I mentioned as an aside that I had no idea where to start finding a good moving company, and she said, "we can help with that!" And when the moving company had to change the move causing me to change check in dates, that was no problem for Karen and Kiet: they set everything up and I was secure in knowing I chose the right storage facility. I made the move successfully yesterday and I cannot thank Kiet and Karen enough for carefully and patiently going through the contract, the facility and security (which is fantastic). I feel like I have more control over my items in a clean, secure location now and the other services on offer (deliveries, after hours) gives me the flexibility I need. Thank you!
