Michael was very efficient and did plenty to make me feel confident and made absolutely sure I was informed about everything I needed to know. He conveyed the level of flexibility very well-most important factor to me as a customer.

It was really straight forward to get set up initially online; I rang up before I was due to move in to talk through it in person, and I was given a really helpful step by step explanation which alleviated my confidence. When I got there, despite being an anti-social Sunday, the staff (Karen and Fran at Nine Elms) were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made everything (how it works, the processes and procedures, and navigating the storage building) as clear as crystal. It ended up what I thought was going to be a very stressful task that I would originally just aim to get over and done with far smoother than I anticipated, it was practically a whole 'experience' right from walking through the first set of doors to finally leaving, and almost enjoyable!

Very personable service, online sign in saved time. Could do with being clear up front the level of detail desired re box contents and the like. Karen was excellent.

Karen was very kind to me. It was my first time saving personal stuff in a storage and she helped me with everything. She was always ready to answer any question and was very kind on the phone and in person. Anthony was very helpful also, I think both of them did an awesome job

Excellent customer service and communication from Chris. He made the stressful experience of moving as relaxing as possible. Would recommend big yellow to anyone.

Karen was excellent, checked-me in efficiently, ran through the systems and H&S simply. She has an excellent manner with customers.

Very quick and easy to sort out; good communication throughout the whole process - The set up initially and the follow-up phone call; a reminder phone call the day before to check up on how the check-in was going on, and then again with Michael, the store manager, on the day. Would use again.

2 points list due to faulty lift whuch required a change of allocated room whuch added 20 mins to book in time.
