Joseph was extremely helpful. Initially the unit I received was obstructed by a metal pillar and he helped me get another one. Customer service was brilliant.

Everyone was very helpful; we showed up a week before to check out the space and Gary was really helpful and alleviated a lot of our stress. I called up on the day and was able to quickly upgrade to a larger room. And Joe was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. Moving is always stressful but everyone made the process as simple as possible and couldn't do enough to support me. Thank you!
