Storage location is easy to reach by bus and tube! Access times on working days could be a little bit longer. The facilities are well clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and supportive

The staff were always really nice and helpful. There's something about storing your personal stuff that makes you feel the need for a personal touch and I just felt that I got that with Big Yellow Storage.

Big Yellow is great for all us travellers. Why? Because you don't need to count on flakey family members or bother your mates to store your stuff and worry about what will happen to it when you are away. I tend to want to take off on 3-4 month trips somewhere remote and I usually only pack my ruck sack and essentials. No need to take heels when hiking in the Himalayas! I highly recommend storing your stuff in a safe, secure, well kept storage facility. Big Yellow is my favourite as I know my "stuff" will be safe when I return.

I would like to praise how brilliant the customer experience was at the North Kensington store. From the time of booking right the way through to when I left I had nothing but kind, accommodating and friendly service from Ben and his Team. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Yellow because of how consistently excellent I found them to be. Well done. You took the stress right out of moving. Thank you.

I changed to a smaller storage unit last spring and asked to have the remaining credit on my existing unit applied to my new unit. The staff were very helpful and said that the credit could be applied, however the billing system was so complicated that the staff had great difficulty applying the change. Eventually they had it completed but my confidence that it was applied correctly was somewhat fragile. A simpler system or more staff training would be useful.
