Would be really good to have lighting in the smaller units. Piped music sounds awful and drives the staff crazy. No point in having it.

I have recently sold a proprty in Shepherds Bush, west London. It was a small flat that proved difficult to sell. A friend recommended Yellow Box to me and I first contacted your company last November. On my first visit I met your staff member, Ruth, who was extremely helpful. I also met Ollie, who I think was the manager - and he was very helpful. I have been impressed by the helpfulness of your operatives. I finally sold my flat in Shepherds Bush and currently have my things in store pending buying a house on the Wirral, Merseyside, when I will collect my items from your North Kensington site.

I found the storage to be very smart, organized and well kept. The storage place is very modern and functional. I am tranquil knowing that my belongings are well looked after and safe. I was very happy with the customer assistance, they were very efficient, polite and helpful. I am happy with the price deal that I got, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Firstly I was impressed how quickly someone called me back after my initial email enquiry. Everything was made simple when we did sign for the locker, especially since it was a Sunday it was great that they were even open in the first place. Every email I receive is friendly, has all the information I need and is always sent quickly.

Having looked at numerous other storage companies I decided you use big yell because they were such great value for money. I also found that the flexibility in booking time, payment options and the option to change to a larger space at no extra charge were extremely useful. The staff were very accomodating.

I just simply love the service I get from the staff at the big yellow store in Scrubs Lane (White City). Their warm and friendly manner makes me feel safe to leave my stuff there forever.

After the first "small, friendly establishment" had been so unhelpful on the phone, that my wife was spitting teeth and the second had had their phone disconnected, it was a relief to find a friendly,helpful telephone welcome explaining what needed to be done, what coulld be done online and what needed a store visit. The staff at the store itself could not have been more welcoming. A day that had begun very stressfully suddenly improved. Thank you.

The service I have received from North Kensington has always been excellent and over a number of years the changing staff have always been polite and efficient. I would suggest however a little more attention be given to keeping the floors a little cleaner. People moving things about do have accidents and spills, however these should not be left for extended periods as they make the location look shabby.

I'm not sure storage could ever be considered fun or the most exciting purchase you will ever make. The staff, however, were very helpful and friendly. I was really pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff, they made the process very simple, quick and actually enjoyable! Would def use again!!

The big yellow storage model takes the stress and anxiety out of moving and storing your belongings. And the security features within the facility are a big reassurance when u leave that your stuff will be ok locked away somewhere else. Staff are friendly and professional and happy to help answer any queries. Big yellow turns what should be a nightmare into something v easy and straightforward.
