Everything was clearly explained, including the costs, and extremely helpful in choosing right size storage space

Gavin in the Norwich branch helped us with our enquiries, then communicated with us and all was ready for us on the day of taking on the unit. We got a good professional service and the unit was clean ready for us.

We had little notice regarding our sale and the staff were brilliant in setting everything up and keeping in touch.

Booked online and email comms were very clear and articulate. I found the space details and faq really helpful. I also talked through the space requirements with one of the team members at Norwich (Gavin) who made it super easy to clarify the items I had and space requirements, what I could/could not bring etc. The team at Norwich explained everything very clearly on arrival and although a little daunting at first I was soon up to speed and moving in.

I received a fully detailed breakdown of costs before making my booking, together with a very helpful explanation of how to deal with any changes I wished to make. Following my reservation it was necessary for me to bring forward my booking and this was arranged without any problems. Moving in was made very easy by the help of the reception team.
