There was not a price list when I asked for one, however the staff explained how the costs could work. The process seemed very simple.

Very good - as a first time user it was clear, helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the upfront discount. The chap Helder was very courteous and followed up to make sure we were on track. Funnily i thought - why are these chase up calls not annoying me? Think it was because i needed the reminders and help to get organised. Much more helpful than i expected.

My initial enquiry was made very easy, as Helder (employee), called right away to talk me through the process and advise my on my queries. When I moved my belongings into the unit, he also was very welcoming and helpful.
