Very clean, safe storage, staff friendly and helpful, easy process

Apart from the lengthy paperwork it has been an uneventful process. Helder was very informative, professional, and attentive to our needs and change of circumstances. I have not used a storage facility before so this has been a great experience. It is good to know there are helpers if we get stuck, the trolleys are more than appreciated and the use of a sack barrow made my stressful situation a bit more bearable. Helder also stayed late to help us open a second unit and we are very appreciative of this. I would definitely consider using your facility again should the need arise.

Ethna was absolutely wonderful really friendly and helpful. She explained everything really clearly and was really understanding of my reason for storing my belongings with you. She was a friendly face when I really needed to see one

Always blown away by the friendly crew in Norwich. Ethna was really helpful and easy to talk to, taking the time to make sure I secured the right size yellow box for my needs, as well as the best deal possible on the boxes and packaging I'm going to need for my move. Most grateful for Ethna’s patience. I also greatly appreciate the help given me by Helder who sorted out my original phone booking with easy friendly efficiency.Thank you Helder. friendly helpful staff

The website is straight forward and easy to find information on. On arriving tothe norwich facility an employe Gavin took extremely good care of us. He explained everything to us and answered any questions we had professionally. He seemed keen to help in anyway , it is mainly due to gavins excellent customer service that I was impressed by big yellow storage. The facility itself was extremely clean and well maintained and looked professional and secure.

Well informed staff took me through the booking sufficient that I understood what I was signing up to.
