The staff where very helpful. Helder walked me through the process and was deliberate with the order in which I signed up, paid and shown my room so that I could get my belongings in as quickly as possible. I was grateful for this. He also offered refreshments which was very welcome.
The staff - especially Gavin and Rob are so helpful, cheerful and friendly. The whole "check in" was swift and simple. I was also very interested to learn of your delivery drop off facility.
