Very helpful staff.

It was very quick, easy to use on-line system and staff very friendly both on phone and at reception.

The staff where very helpful. Helder walked me through the process and was deliberate with the order in which I signed up, paid and shown my room so that I could get my belongings in as quickly as possible. I was grateful for this. He also offered refreshments which was very welcome.

The staff - especially Gavin and Rob are so helpful, cheerful and friendly. The whole "check in" was swift and simple. I was also very interested to learn of your delivery drop off facility.

Clean throughout, efficient service reception, everything explained clearly and politely by your guy ( I apologise for forgetting his name but he was Portugese nationality).

Gavin was really helpful and friendly while showing us around and helping us get settled in, and in email correspondence beforehand. He was very clear in showing us how everything worked and answered all the questions we had!
