Helpful and professional

The guy at the reception desk (Gavin) was really helpful and friendly. He explained everything clearly (i've never used self storage before) and made it very simple. When booking the room I also had an excellent experience - the lady i spoke to found be the best deal, couldn't book it in then as it was too early, but promised to take a note to call me on on the day that it was bookable - she did exactly that and arranged it all for me.

Although my first response was to dismiss the quote I had as it was too expensive a follow up email a few days later asking if any further help was needed, it also showed that price match was a possible option. I responded to the email and received a quick, efficient, polite and helpful response. Over the course of the next few days I had contact with Gavin, Helder, Aaron and Rob. We agreed a price and Rob as extremely helpful and informative, he made sure I know exactly what potential costs would be, and how the self storage worked, the responses I received were quick and yet not pushey, and the same helpful polite service

Because Helder was very efficient and courteous and was even able to find me a better deal than the one online.

Never used storage before so didn't know what to expect. I Was pleasantly surprised.

Although we waited a while to be seen on our first visit, the service we received from Helder was excellent. Details were fully explained and could not be faulted. Service on subsequent visits were just as good.

The staff were really helpful both in store and over the phone when booking. The online check in was really easy and all of my details had been stored on their system from last time so less to fill out. Thanks

The gentleman at the front desk by the name of Helder..One word=Impeccable. From the moment myself and my wife arrived, the service he provided was second to none. Then he even called us when i hadn't locked our unit door correctly, which I hope didn't make him late for lunch with us partner. He is an absolute credit to both himself, and your company. Thank you very much Big Yellow & Helder.

Very professional friendly staff who took their time to explain everything. Rob and Helder were brilliant !

Friendly counter staff, offered tea or coffee. Efficient system of admin to complete. Like to do some online and some at the counter. Good to be able to choose spaces, buy a padlock and storage boxes etc there as well.
