I have given 5 star ratings because of things such as the very helpful and friendly staff you employ in Norwich. However a couple of important things are not covered by the star ratings. Most important for me was that my storage mainly consisted of my whole, rather large wardrobe of clothing. Originally expected to be for only a few months, it was there for over a year, but when retrieved every single item was in such perfect condition it was immediately wearable! Also, the direct debit and on-line invoice service, with the ability to have a remote billing address, but a local 'in emergency' address was extremely convenient.

I started out with a 90sq feet unit in May 2004 when I moved to Norwich. It was easy to use and I always had access when I needed it. Eventually in 2006 I downsized to a locker which worked splendidly.

As we work abroad, it provides us a safe easy accessible place to store our belongings, until we return to UK.

Could not fault the service recieved,I ordered my storage while still living on the Isle of Wight and did it via phone and email....and the staff were most helpful.. nothing too much trouble,hopefuly not moving again but if need arises will certainly be back. Ken Smith Pakefield Suffolk.

I had to transport my stuff from London and must have picked the worst day of the year! Bad weather accident closing the A11!! The store was due to close but the manager agreed to wait for us knowing we had come a bit of a distnace I call that going the extra mile!

I have used it several times. In my opinion, it is very comfortable and safe, you can leave all your belongins and be sure that you will find them when you get back. It is a good value for money as it is a solution to many students (and not only) where to leave their staff during holidays. You can access it any time and the personel was very helpful with me.

The staff were excellent,efficient and friendly. Everything was explained very well and access was easy both during the day and out of hours. Having re located 200 miles with a week to wait before being able to move into my new home it was a relief to know my things were safely stored in a clean secure place to which I had access at all times and at a very good price. Yellowbox took some of the pressure off at what was a very stressful time. I would not hessitate to use yellow box again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

I had to do two journey's in order to move house from Belfast to Norwich. Big Yellow storage was perfect. I was able to store my belongings and know they were safe and dry. For the first few weeks, while I was in temporary accommodation I was able to access my storage unit at the hours that suited me! Highly recommend!

Overall Yellow Storage is good, but I would prefer full weekend access as standard, because I have a corner storage area the corner is cut off and I no longer live in Norwich and would prefer to be able to move my stuff closer to where I now live, e.g. I don't know why you do not have one in Cambridge. N.B. When I left Norwhich the location of the Norwich store was good for me.

Very friendly helpful staff, clear advice on insurance, storage needs etc. Great stock of every shape of box, packing equipment and tape to suit customer needs at reasonable prices. Clear emailed invoices with a good offer of half price deal for recommendations. Good secure, coded and dry conditions. Easy to give notice of termination of storage and only charged up to hour that took goods out. Brilliant for selling house clearing the clutter and then its all packed up when sell the house!
