I used Big Yellow Norwich continuously for a number of years and over this period have had three different sizes of storage units there at different times. I have found the attitude of staff to be first class and the general efficiency and convenience of the storage facilty met my needs perfectly. I would definitely use Big Yellow again and would recommend them to others.
This is the second time in a year that we have used the facility for short term storage. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful making sure we had the right size storage. The billing system is clear and fair. the facility is always clean, warm and secure. Compared to a rival who offered a five star service but delivered a one star with attutude we had no hestitation in returning to Big Yellow for a second time and will if the need arrises do so again.
Big Yellow Storage met and far exceeded my expectations. The store is convieniently located, with lots of access room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I was shown my room, and how to get to it, how to secure it and what to do if I had any problems. I like the fact that you have to set an alrm, which is individual to your room. An excellent service I would use again and recommend.

The only thing I would have changed would be longer opening on Sunday or being pointed put that it was 2pm closing just to make sure that the client did not want out of hours opening - other than that great.
Basically I did nt realise self storage could be so easy, and with the security alarm arrangements etc i have no concerns about my stuff being stolen. Facilities (Lifts and trolleys etc) are excellent, and the cost is very reasonable. Staff were mega helpful and weren't patronising at all; they didnt laugh when they asked a question and my reply was 'I don't know, I've not done this before'.
An efficient, clean, secure, convenient environment where I could stash my worldly goods.
I would like to say how easy it was to not only get the storage we needed, but ease of access and the help of the staff in the centre. I have and will in the future recommend Big Yellow. Thanks

I have found Yellow Storage to be very helpfull in all areas. I have often thought of leaving and going somewhere else, but decided to stay put for now.
