I used the Big Yellow storage in Norwich, for a few weeks, while moving home. I was very impressed with the storage facilities, they were clean and dry, I felt happy to leave my possesions in there. I found the staff to be particulary helpful, friendly and proffessional. A service I have recommended several times to people.
Why didn't we think of this before? We needed our spare room for guests at Christmas and New Year, but where could we put all the stuff we normally keep in the spare room. The answer Big Yellow, brilliant, easy to get our things in and out when we needed them and such a relief to have the extra room at home for a few weeks.
The storage was easy to arrange and use, and security and access arrangements were good. The location of the Norwich storage facility can be awkward at peak shopping times and on football days due to it's proximity to Riverside and Carrow Road, however the access hours are sufficient that these times are easily avoided.

I have given 5 star ratings because of things such as the very helpful and friendly staff you employ in Norwich. However a couple of important things are not covered by the star ratings. Most important for me was that my storage mainly consisted of my whole, rather large wardrobe of clothing. Originally expected to be for only a few months, it was there for over a year, but when retrieved every single item was in such perfect condition it was immediately wearable! Also, the direct debit and on-line invoice service, with the ability to have a remote billing address, but a local 'in emergency' address was extremely convenient.
I started out with a 90sq feet unit in May 2004 when I moved to Norwich. It was easy to use and I always had access when I needed it. Eventually in 2006 I downsized to a locker which worked splendidly.
Quite satisfied to store with you again. The service was great and the staff very helpful.
