The Staff at Big Yellow in Norwich were extremely helpful/professional

The staff in the Norwich branch are always very helpful and informative regarding storage issues and payment. They are doing a very good job.

During our home move we used the storage to store the bulky items we wouldnt need streight away, this made a very busy streesful time easier and the access was so easy but secure we had peace of mind. All the staff were helpful and supportive. thank you.

I would like to see brakes on your tolleys so they stay put when you are moving things onto them. This would make life so much easier for moving heavy loads. The type you find on airport trolleys would be great as they stay still when they are not being moved and you release the brake to move them.

Having got my times wrong on the Sunday i arrived only just before closing. However the manager was attentive & booked me in anyway when most would have to me to come back the next day! The staff have always been pleasn and helpful & answered all questions I have had. Would recommend for anyone as it is so convenient and easy to use!!

Easy to use. Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Had never used storage before so called in for a look to see exactly how it worked. Was shown different storage sizes, which was really useful. Didn't feel rushed, good customer service.

Having used Big Yellow previously at a different location, I found the facilities at Norwich second to none. The staff were all extremely helpful and totally professional at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend your services and indeed, should the need arise use the Norwich branch again myself.

Much easier to use than originally thought, norwich is a good central location suitable for all areas of the city and beyond. easy access, no fuss, great service. out of hours access means no more office hours restrictions.

Staff were always friendly, and security very good so felt my belongings were being looked after well. Convenient location and easy access - easy to unload van and then load again at a further date.
