A very comprehensive, detailed check in process with handy videos and lots of information. Good communication including texting of the all important pin. I found that quite helpful.

Both Ellie and Max were extremely helpful and answered whatever questions and concerns I had, the place is really nicr and clean, and the fact that you have your own code and every single room has an alarm gives me a lot more peace of mind about my possesions being safe.

Explained everything really well and staff were really welcoming to more questions. Even when using the helpline they were very quick to help.
