Easy and smooth process. Max was very helpful - I think he didn’t get a lunch because of all the help he was giving to customers. I hope he’s compensated.

The online check-in was straightforward and easy to complete, it also saved time when it came to dropping my stuff off. They provided me with a padlock which saved me time buying one elsewhere. The multiple trolleys made it really easy to transport all of my belongings to my locker, I only needed to make one trip.

The staff were so responsive and helpful. They made the whole experience easy
