Both Ellie and Max were extremely helpful and answered whatever questions and concerns I had, the place is really nicr and clean, and the fact that you have your own code and every single room has an alarm gives me a lot more peace of mind about my possesions being safe.

The online check-in was straightforward and easy to complete, it also saved time when it came to dropping my stuff off. They provided me with a padlock which saved me time buying one elsewhere. The multiple trolleys made it really easy to transport all of my belongings to my locker, I only needed to make one trip.
