I booked/reserved online, and found the calls/messages left regarding my booking (though of course very polite) to be quite irritating. I would have preferred to be contacted by email so maybe this could be an option in the future. Regarding overall ease, the website was easy to understand and use, and once in store Ellie was amazing and really helpful.

It was a little difficult to arrange but that was purely circumstances of Ssafa paying for 8 weeks storage but offices being open 2 mornings a week so it delayed moving quite a bit but Reece did all he could to help keep contact going with Ssafa and the team was more than happy to give extra time to wait for Ssafa to pay.

Mister Hayward was realy lovely and helped me out when I could not finish my online reservation as the system did not seem to accept my card. He explained the system of self storrage to me in deepth as I never done this before and was just in general really kind. I did felt valued as a costumer and think I made a good choice with Big Yellow Storage :)
It was very simple, I particularly like that you could book and check in online.
It was handled well but for a period of time I was receiving constant emails to check in. This was very annoying especially as there was no break between them. It would be better if more time was left between calls or it was possible to do the check in over the phone to get it out of the way.
