I dealt with a lady called Ellie who is the assistant store manager I believe in Nottingham. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had as a customer at anywhere! She was so efficiency and friendly. The circumstances around my need for storage was a split from a partner and her lovely demeanour and helpful attitude was so welcome after a rather horrible few days. I would absolutely recommend this place, it’s clean and secure and perfectly located for me. Ellie put a smile on my face during a time of great distress and heart ache and it’s those little things I will remember for a long time.

Excellently handled

I was treated very respectfully. All information was given to me, also a lot of encouragement in using the online check in etc. The store was welcoming and very clean. The process of moving in to the storage was stress free.

Great, initial booking on the phone and follow up by staff closer to the time. They did end up calling twice to confirm I was still coming but were gracious when the mistake was realised.

From my initial on-line enquiry to opening the unit when we got her has been seamless, efficient and painless. Very well organised, efficient team at Nottingham.
