Everything was simple and great

Very pleasant helpful staff. Missed opportunity in not mentioning price match offer but was later rectified

Initial enquiries received very detailed answers and attitude of staff very positive and helpful. In fact the whole experience was very positive and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company and the staff in the Nottingham Store are excellent!

I turned up to Big Yellow and booked everything through Tom. He showed us to the lockers so we could make an informed decision of what size we would need and then clearly went through the cost breakdown and cover included. It was a very easy process.

Very good customer support by Ellie through the enquiry and sign up stages. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly impressing my wife and I. Possibly the best customer service I have experienced from an individual. Tom the store manager was great also when we saw him on the start day.

The admin and paperwork required is ridiculous to rent what is effectively a large cupboard.
