Very nice facilities and top notch customer service (e.g. Ellie, who helped me check in, and Tom, who price-matched a quote [both in Nottingham]).

Tom was really helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing and instilled me with confidence that my belongings were safe.

Compared self storages within Nottingham area, the price was very competitive and then when meeting staff, they were excellent. Customer service is fantastic along with customer care. Our first day was spent filling paperwork out and then was given a tour of the building along with going through any questions I had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone needing storage.

Tom & Steven were extremely helpful & Steven was very thorough in providing me with lots of relevant information.
