Amy from the Nottingham Office did a fantastic job. I had never used Big Yellow before and she showed me the ropes, explained the process and discussed all costs with me. She even went to the effort of showing me the size of my room and asked if I’d need an upgrade. She was polite and super friendly. Will definitely come again

The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional and polite. The facility seems very secure which is a big bonus. I love the fact the rooms are alarmed. It seems very clean (our previous facility always seemed a bit muddy which was not good when trying to manoeuvre pieces of heavy soft furnishings). The experience of moving in seemed very straightforward - was given a very clear tour.
