The team that met us were great-friendly and informative. They spoke to us before the day to answer our questions and share useful details so we knew what to expect. The offer of a drink at check in was just what we needed-please thank Amy and Steven for their help!

Elle was very helpful and friendly - would have been a 10 but we bought an 'out of hours' one-off pass that didn't work; luckily two members of staff were still in the building. However, using the intercom to talk to security was a little painful as it kept cutting out and we couldn't hear each other
