Because Ellie and Steve have done a brilliant job, they are very helpful, professional, nice staff. The storage is very clean, except the toilet downstairs. :-(

Very informative and helpful staff

Staff on the phone were great , the lady that booked me in at reception was really helpful offered me a coffee a home made one , makes all the difference , and over all very helpful can’t complain one bit , in fact this is the first full mark review I have ever given , the gentleman also working on the day was very helpful and polite , I love the facility and so far so good , it is a more expensive than most though , I do understand you do price matching but I went on a friends recommendation and o didn’t havenl time to call my usual place up and shop around , it’s a shame I can’t keep my starting price for the room indefinitely as I would probably leave my goods in your lock up for a much longer time period , I’ve apllied for a city council lock up with is much cheaper but of course not as safe , kind regards

Steven served me throughout my experience and remained on hand for support through my entire customer journey. This was from receiving a quote, matching a price from a competitor, providing me extra information, calling to check I was happy with things then in time checking me in on my move date and ensuring I was fully aware of how the system worked. He was upbeat, smiley, personable and a pleasure to do business with.

When I called BY for a quote, I talked to a woman called Amy who was extremely helpful and knowledgable of the prices/details of the storage unit, making it very quick and easy. When I went to the store to sign the papers and put my items into storage, Steven/Stephen and Ellie were an absolute delight; very cheerful and helpful, still maintaining professionalism of course, but made me fully aware of the procedures and went through the terms and conditions before I signed the contract. In regards to BY prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of my storage unit - it was even cheaper than quoted on the phone!

I received excellent service and was given clear description of the storage service. Also Tom was very helpful and friendly at the start to the very end of the process.

Tom was amazing. Very friendly. Went out of his way to remain open for us as we were very late on the motorway and he was very patient. Wonderful customer service. Because of us being delayed he kept the store open for us til 6.30 and showed us what to do. Highly recommended
