Gavin was extremely helpful upon our move in and explained everything very clearly. Moving in was very easy and it was easy to find and get our stuff into our locker

On our first visit, Tom was very friendly and accommodating, helping find a suitable room at a good price, and the day we moved our stuff in, Steven was equally friendly and accommodating, even offering a coffee while we sort out the paperwork.
