Excellent clear service from both members of staff

This is the second time I've used big yellow. The first experience was great process were straight forward. and got a great deal. This time after 8 weeks I'm going to be paying double what I paid last time. and when I first got quoted the 8 week offer was extended to 12 weeks after I didn't reserve. They wouldn't extend this time. Insurance was not clear during the check in process as well, that added a lot to the price. Unfortunatly now I feel the pressure to ensure I get my stuff out of there within the 8 weeks. Other then that, the location, access and security of the units is what attracts me. The staff are very helpful and professional as well.

Because it's convenient storage and the staff member was very helpful showing me around. Also checked the different sized rooms which was nice of him.

Much of the charges were added on top of what I was quoted. I ended up payin an extre £60 in charges that I was not aware of, and these were essential charges like the padlock and the insurance and the security deposit .

Amie was very friendly and very helpful. This was the first time I have put anything into storage and I was a little apprehensive at first but with Amie making me feel welcome I now feel happy to have done this.
