Easy, quick & slick service

I have used the storage before and the staff are always polite and professional

Amie was very friendly and very helpful. This was the first time I have put anything into storage and I was a little apprehensive at first but with Amie making me feel welcome I now feel happy to have done this.

The greatest reason is the staff - Steve stayed an extra 20 minutes or so past six on Saturday night so that I could check in, meaning that I didn't have to pay two moving men to stay overnight in Nottingham. Furthermore, he was still very happy and pleased to help me. The facility was clean and well kept, and the only slight annoyance was the need to reenter the code to enter the lifts at well as the front door. The location close to the main road, was also very good for myself coming from Southampton. Overall I was very happy with the experience...

It was a bit frustrating not having my access code working whilst I was putting my things into the room. This meant the member of staff had to keep coming up. I was disappointed that I wasn't told in advance that there was a certain size of padlock required so I bought one that was too big! One of the rooms shown had massive pillars in which significantly detracted from the size of the room. The chap himself (Gavin) was efficient, polite and helpful. He upgraded the room size with minimum fuss once we ascertained it wasn't big enough. Prior to this he had spotted that I was going to look for an alternative solution and offered me a discount accordingly.

Great customer service, no quibble when price matching, the facilities provided are easily accessible and far superior when compared with the local competition. Overall rating excellent.
