Because the staff are always helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them and they always go out of thier way too make sure we are happy with everything

The folks at the nottingham store were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. They were also able to offer advice and provide us with everything we needed in a "one-stop-shop"!

The service was faultless and your advisor (Steven) in store could not do enough. We were made to feel very welcome and from introduction to move in the overall process was seamless.

Tom was amazingly helpful and supportive from the outset of me making the online enquiry. I also spoke to Amy when considering whether to book the room. They both recommended ways for me to keep my cost down and Tom gave me significant help on working out what size room I needed. He also called to make sure I was ok and understand everything a couple of times (without pressuring me) and we talked through some of the online checkin. When I first came to see the room he was friendly, talkative, helpful and professional. I couldn't have been more impressed. Tom also recommended a removal man to help me move my stuff down from Manchester. Derrick was efficient, laid back and incredibly skilled. Together Tom, Amy and Derrick made for me what would have been quite a stressful experience easy, quick and friendly.

Easy check in, all information given that i needed, friendly customer service from Amy Bragg.

Easy to book online. Easy to get the contract and payment. Easy access to the storage room. Helpful staff.
