Great customer service! Store Manager Tom helped me through the process. Very clear and quick explanations, everything sorted in a short amount of time. Not too expensive and great facilities for all my university stuff. Lots of security and reassurance that my stuff was safe. One drawback - necessity to provide padlock not made super clear - was on website before checking in but not explicit enough

I have used you before, but many years ago in London. I thought the online check in and custom server made it a much better experience this time - not that I had any complaints last time.
