Pricd is a little too much, but the staff were friendly and the site and storage itself was to a high standard.

I found the process of using your company easy from start to finish and all staff were accommodating and paid extra attention to detail. Everything was explained in detail and we felt we weren't just another number

The manager Tom at your Nottingham branch was superb. Made everything easy for parents living 200 miles away trying to arrange last minute storage for their child at university. When some minor problems did exist Tom helped and advised and made things happen. Excellent example of customer service and it would be nice for your leadership team to acknowledge he went beyond what the customer expected on this occasion.

Great customer service! Store Manager Tom helped me through the process. Very clear and quick explanations, everything sorted in a short amount of time. Not too expensive and great facilities for all my university stuff. Lots of security and reassurance that my stuff was safe. One drawback - necessity to provide padlock not made super clear - was on website before checking in but not explicit enough
