Lovely reception staff - well informed and helpful

Very pleasant and clear service. Both Amie A and Amie B a pleasure to deal with. As for the recommended removals man, Derek, he took all the stress out of the stressful act of moving.

Online check in meant that the process when I came to the store was simple and quick. Gav served me and was very helpful with the questions I asked.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, took the time to show us around and offer other storage solutions too. Thank you

Amy (Nottingham Branch) was fantastic, very helpful, very informative and even sorted cups of tea out while we unloaded the van. Also, she stayed late as it took us longer than we expected to unload...First class team member!

From initial telephone conversation to locking up the unit, the service provided by Tom and his team was excellent. It has become very rare to experience such customer focused service, my expectations were truly surpassed!
