Store manager was very friendly and helpful

On first entering the reception was locked and unstaffed, but not for long. Also, the lift doors close too fast!

Although the check-in process was quite slow, everything Was very simple and explained in detail.

The staff were helpful friendly and polite. They made the visit easy, I trusted them with everything and would definitely feel happy leaving my belongings in their care.

The facility is much bigger and modern than I expected. Staff were very efficient and gave me the right amount of detail for me to understand how everything worked. Trolleys to help move things were a bonus.
