Tom Hayward your store manager was brilliant. He was very helpful and explained the whole procedure extremely well. He knew the answers to all my questions and his customer service was great. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anybody in the Nottingham area and I hope you have somebody like Tom at all of your facilities!

Pricd is a little too much, but the staff were friendly and the site and storage itself was to a high standard.

The manager Tom at your Nottingham branch was superb. Made everything easy for parents living 200 miles away trying to arrange last minute storage for their child at university. When some minor problems did exist Tom helped and advised and made things happen. Excellent example of customer service and it would be nice for your leadership team to acknowledge he went beyond what the customer expected on this occasion.
