Excellent.....very rapid response and follow-up. Email check-in etc. made it incredibly easy and the centre team were extremely friendly and helpful.

I have to say that my company Plumleys Plumbing Merchant, pride ourselves on service. When I visited your store at Orpington, Natalie was front of house. She is usually at the Bromley depot, and I was glad that she was at the Orpington branch when I arrived. Her whole persona was spot on, she really left me feeling happy when I left the store. She really is a credit to your company. People are what make any business work and you are very lucky to have her working for you.

The all process, from the check-in to the move was smooth and stress-free. The online check-in allowed me to handle the "paperwork" in the evening when I was done packing for the day, instead of having to put everything on pause to deal with it on site.
