Excellent management staff

Everyone I have dealt with at the Orpington branch has been extremely friendly & hard working. They have taken time to explain everything & nothing too much trouble. Andra deserves a special mention.

Process very easy and team very clear and transparent

The sales assistant Andra was amazing. She is helpful and enthusiastic. Made things really easy and also completed things quickly.

The lady I spoke to on the phone and when I came in was extremely thorough in explaining all I needed to know. I was quite stressed and in a big rush as due to some things, I packed a whole ensuite room and two kitchen cupboards that morning and was due to work at 5pm. I hadn’t even booked a van. She worked very well with me with how I was that day. She was cheerful, friendly and polite too.

The team (Andra, Dave & Christina) make it such a smooth and stress free process. Explained the process well and the best options available for my particular needs and length of stay.

Appreciate the online booking with flexibility to move dates and the price being held. Really worthwhile coming in and discussing face to face with staff. Would not otherwise have understood fully about the insurance. Your insurance is expensive. Double what I actually paid. David was really helpful ... nothing was too much trouble. Found a different room that was cleaner and slightly wider and shorter which was better for my possessions.
