At first i was a bit sceptical as ive only dealt with one other storage company and only found out about big yellow upon driving past to somewhere. Once enquired, a member of team at the Orpington branch got in contact and his mannerisms was very perfect. Good sense of humour, made me laugh, made me feel at ease and his customer care right upon going through with obtaining the storage was excellent. In all honesty this is the best customer service i have experienced to date.

My reservation for a unit was dealt with swiftly and easily. The booking process was clearly explained to me and moving my items into the store was smooth and without difficulty.

It was all clearly explained no reason for questions, nice helpful staff.

Christina is a person i wont to employ she was thorough in every aspect of your business.Top marks.

Initial enquiries, on the phone went well. Christina clearly explained the process and I agreed to book the room,then there was a hiccup with my email. I cannot emphasise how patient and forbearing Christina was as I kept phoning to get things sorted out. Once the email was sorted out everything went very smoothly.

Came in to enquire about storing some house contents yesterday, and was greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who explained everything I needed to know and I started moving our stuff in about an hour later.
