Sadie, who organised the unit for me was amazing. Didn't stop until she got everything right. Then when I contacted Orpington they were amazing at moving my check in date and then when we did check in the Lady on reception was friendly, funny and showed us everything and really took the time to help us with everything.
The service I received was excellent and I would have no doubt in highly recommending the company to anyone.
