Friendly and helpful staff.

Dave was exceptionally helpful and made the whole process so easy it was a pleasure. I would highly recommend him. From start to finish he made it easy to understand and repeat.

Easy online check in, helpful friendly reception staff and good price

I was made welcome the moment I walked through the door, I had never used a storage facility before and everything was clearly explained to me. Along with the offer of a hot drink and space to wait whilst my removal men unload my belongings.

David selwood at the Orpington store was very friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and very helpful, he showed me around to my lock up. And he was very professional

Very easy process the guy who checked us in (Dave @ Orpington) was extremely helpful and likeable.

I used the Orpington Store. The staff there are your strength. Christina and John were so helpful. They spent time to ensure that I got the correct size storage. No hard sell just helpful information.

Sadie, who organised the unit for me was amazing. Didn't stop until she got everything right. Then when I contacted Orpington they were amazing at moving my check in date and then when we did check in the Lady on reception was friendly, funny and showed us everything and really took the time to help us with everything.

The service I received was excellent and I would have no doubt in highly recommending the company to anyone.
