I was recommended by a friend who has been a customer for some years. The staff member who dealt with my enquiries explained everything very clearly and made the process of sorting out some storage during my house move very straightforward. I looked at the website but didn't make a website enquiry therefore cannot answer the next question.

The young lady ( Gemma ) was extremely helpful and remained focused while dealing with us although there were various problems going on while we were there. She was polite and was able t answer all the queries we asked. She is a credit to your company.

My daughter had already done a lot of research before choosing yourselves over other companies. She hired a unit from you in Battersea. It has now proved necessary to relocate her belongings from London to a site nearer to us (parents' home) in Kent. I contacted several companies for quotes and to ask questions, but Big Yellow were the most efficient and competitive. All members of staff I spoke to and had dealings at B.Y. with were friendly, efficient and professional and prompt in emailing me.
