Very satisfied, easy to use.

Just wanted to thank staff at BY Orpington and to single out Will for his patience and assistance in resolving my issues over space and costs - good to deal with someone who puts the customer first.

Cannot praise the staff at the Orpington store enough - had problems that could have affected my start date and storage needs, the staff could not have done any more to explain what was possible agreeing to an extension on the original booking if required - patience and good humour when I couldnt even remember my pin number - offered additional assistance to enable me to move my goods quickly and professionally - and they make a great mug of tea !

when storing lots of personal items and moving house it can be very stressful. It's important to offload (with the helpful 'son of a gun' removers) and store your items and walk away with confidence. the staff were friendly and helpful explaining everything and the removal company were experienced about what to do to make the stressful day pass by with a successful outcome. Politeness and professionalism was appreciated Thank you

Overall I am very happy with the experience! Very helpful staff, secure storage with all packaging facilities you might need.

This being my first use of BigYellow, I was amazed at how efficient the service is. The idea is such a simple one, but executed brilliantly by the company and staff. I cannot find fault and will recommend and use BigYellow again should I need to.

The service and package is unrivalled. The out of normal hours access option is very useful. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall a great customer experience.

everything as expected for my first use of storage facility, except that having checked in online the time taken at reception was too long (30 minutes) and too regimented. you need to sort out contract that insists you can use my details for 'marketing purposes' but not allow me to say no.your rep said that it would not be used so why make it a contract wrecker (and not shown to me until after money taken!)

Got a few quotes but what made us go to Big Yellow was the staff at Orpington especially Sebestian. Customer service does matter.
