I found the whole process very irritating with regard to the whole process. The identity checks and all the Insurance was a process I do not want to do again. Its a storage room and not a tenancy agreement!

Very good as usual.

The team member made a very stressful situation easier and made sure that I understood what documents I needed to bring on the move day.

Very happy with security process

Best in class customer service at Big Yellow Orpington. From the initial follow up call following my web enquiry (on the back of this I have introduced a 60 minute follow up call with our customer service) through to pre check-in and onsite check-in, the service has been exceptional and bucks what I see across many UK service sectors.

I've been using the storage unit for approximately 6 years and on this occasion I was transferring units due to construction and refurbishment.

Great friendly informative service
