I contacted Big Yellow after a very bad experience with another removal and storage company and not only were they sympathetic, they helped me get another removal company and safely transported my items to their storage. I went to the office to finalise some paperwork and Lily and Dave were just the best. They treated me with respect, took time to explain things and ensured that I understood everything before leaving. Big Yellow Orpington are the best. I would highly recommend them to everyone
