Went down to speak to the guys at Big yellow Storage yesterday about the possibility of using Big Yellow in the near future. Dave who dealt with us could not have been a nicer guy to chat with. We didn't catch the other guys name but he makes a mean cup of tea. Any fears and about hard-selling and big prices were dispelled. Really pleased and happy with the help and advice given. If you're filled with trepidation about speaking to BYS about storage, prices etc.., I can assure you, there's no need. Cheers to Dave and his colleague, I hope we don't have to resort to temporary storage, but if we do I know there's a friendly helpful place to go to. Thank you.

Lily was fantastic.

Friendly staff, wanted to buy some boxes as moving staff were very knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest. The cookies were a nice touch too!

What a great experience, just popped in to get a few boxes and was met by two lovely staff members Dan and Lilly. Dan even held the door open for me on my way out. What a gent!

All the staff are good very accommodating. The storage space is so worth it of the price. Highly recommended.

Came in to buy some boxes as I am moving homes, I must say what a lovely experience it was! Dan & Lily were great and I was even offered a cup of tea which was lovely. I know where to go if I need to buy any moving items in the future!! 5*******

Was very happy with the service and ease to open and close an account to store my belongings. From start to finish, Dan made the process as simple and smooth as possible. If I’m in near of any future storage, Big Yellow and Dan will definitely be my point of call.

The whole process was really easy from start to finish including booking, access, and moving in. Dan and Lily were friendly and made the check-in process very pleasant. Highly recommend if you're looking for hassle-free storage!
