The only issue I had was that I didn’t realise I needed to bring identification and the card used for reservation with me as I didn’t spot it while I was reserving online. But everything was resolved quickly once there so I was happy.
As a first time user of Big Yellow, Dave made me feel very welcome and at ease. He explained everything very well and provided a good overview of how things work.
The team were professional, considerate and made the whole process easy to understand and fast. I only every use BYS because the standard is so far above competitors. The team in Oxford were the best I’ve met yet!
I would like to say a big thank you to Stephanie. What an angel! I just walked in to see if there were any suitable units at reasonable price available at Big Yellow in Oxford. She not only allocated a perfect unit for me, she also checked prices at other local self-storage places, and offered me a price that could not have been beaten by anybody. hi i would like to say that i would recommend big yellow to anybody looking for storage as the staff are very helpful and make it stress free with no hassle. conor was good over the phone very helpful with good advise, but i have to say that STEPH was amazing the way she went out of her way to help me . she really went above and beond with helpful advise ,taking time to ensure not only i had the best information to hand also making sure the room was spot on for my needs in a very professional and polite manner. i would say she is an asset to the company and shame that she is leaving the OXFORD store at this time.
